  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@sustainablehabits.in within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
  3. Our team will review and share return instructions within 2–3 business days

Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Return Pickup & Shipping

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be requested to self-ship the product
  • For returns due to change of mind, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer

5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

6. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are offered for damaged or incorrect products, subject to availability
